I've spent my career helping large organizations adopt technology at scale — from cloud and enterprise architecture to, more recently, GenAI and Copilot rollouts across thousands of users. Along the way I noticed the same pattern everywhere: the hardest part of digital transformation was never the technology. It was helping people think clearly and decide well while everything around them changed faster than they could process it.
SARI NeuralTech is where I write about what actually works in enterprise AI adoption — and, alongside it, about staying clear-headed as a professional navigating AI-speed decisions. The name reflects both halves: Neural for the technology, and a human-centered approach for everything AI can't do on its own.
