A technology and wellbeing platform, built one honest piece at a time. Not a clinic, and not pretending to be one.
"Nature grounds us. Mind understands us. Technology empowers us."
"Technology should not replace human thinking. It should help humans think better."
Those two lines are close to the whole philosophy. Everything else — the apps, the writing, the roadmap below — is just that philosophy worked out in detail.
Most people don't wake up needing a psychiatrist. They wake up wanting to understand themselves a little better, sleep a little easier, make a hard decision with a clearer head, or build a habit that actually sticks. That's a much bigger, much earlier space than clinical mental healthcare — and it's the space this project is built for.
That's a deliberate choice, not a limitation to apologize for. No one here is a therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist, and the site will never pretend otherwise. What it can offer instead: thoughtful content, honest tools, and — where useful — an AI layer that helps you think something through, never one that diagnoses, treats, or decides for you. See About for more on how this project is run, and Support for how it's funded and what may eventually be worth paying for.
Decision Maker and Daily Mentor Mirror both start with a deterministic, on-device score you can see and check yourself — no AI involved in that part at all. On top of that, an optional AI layer can look at what you wrote and offer a short, personal reflection: naming what actually seems to be driving a feeling or a decision, versus what's just noise or pressure. It's built the same way the Mind pillar's Wisdom Library works — drawing on well-established ways of thinking about a problem — and it always ends with a question for you to sit with, never an answer that tells you what's wrong with you or what to do. That's a considered line, not a legal disclaimer bolted on afterward: an AI that "diagnoses" is a much bigger, much riskier promise than one that helps you think more clearly, and this project only wants to make the promise it can actually keep.
Practically, that AI layer sits behind a free account — creating one costs nothing and mainly lets your history follow you across devices instead of staying stuck in one browser. The AI reflection itself is part of a further, not-yet-open membership tier; there's no pricing or sign-up for it yet, intentionally, since nothing here has a registered business behind it to receive a payment. See Sign Up if you'd like an account today.
Short writing and simple, keepable practices — plus Daily Mentor Mirror for a two-minute morning check-in before your day gets going.
Honest, non-alarmist awareness about daily food and everyday natural living.
Mindfulness Meter, Decision Maker, and Daily Mentor Mirror — each free, on-device by default, with a free account to sync your history and a further, not-yet-open membership tier for the opt-in AI reflection. Native iOS and Android apps are in progress too, starting with Mindfulness Meter — see the Apps page for where that stands.
A broader lifestyle layer this may grow into once Mind, Nature, and Technology are genuinely solid — not promised on any timeline.
The most distant, most carefully-gated piece — connecting people to real professionals, not replacing them. Nothing here today offers this; if you need it now, see the note below.
Everyday wellbeing — wanting to sleep better, build a habit, think through a decision, understand your own patterns, reduce everyday stress — is what this site and its apps are for.
Clinical mental healthcare — a diagnosed condition, a psychiatric disorder, needing medication, or anything involving thoughts of suicide or self-harm — needs a qualified professional, not an app or a website. If that's where you are right now, please reach out to Tele-MANAS, India's free, 24/7 national mental health helpline, at 14416 or 1-800-891-4416 — or to a doctor, counsellor, or someone you trust.
Nothing on this site is medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice, and no app here diagnoses or treats anything.
Mind, Nature, and Technology — the first three arms, built and working.
